To schedule and hold your consultation and to reply to you. If you checked the SMS box, we send appointment confirmations, reminders and occasional updates by text. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The form is stored in the scheduling and customer-management system we use to run our business and send your confirmations and texts. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Text-message opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving them.
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or reply STOP to any text to end messages.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
